GOD’S HOUSE OF REFUGE OUTREACH INTERNATIONAL CHURCH

We are a non-profit Christian outreach organization in Broward County that was founded by Apostle Ken Spidell and his wife Pastor Willie Marie Spidell. Together and through charitable donations of time and money, we are able to provide programs in our local communities that improve the quality of life in the underprivileged areas throughout Broward County. Our specialized hands-on programs are designed with the goal to fight homelessness at the grass roots level, promote the rehabilitation of low and moderate income dwellings, to educate minority and underprivileged youth in skills of a rehabilitative and constructive nature and to operate as an outreach advocacy program for youth at risk through after school tutorials, counseling, job training and placement, and other supportive services.

As an outreach organization we are also involved in the ministry of promoting help for families broken apart by parental incarceration. Through an alliance with Broward County we are working to re-unify families after the traumatic experience of incarceration. Other programs include helping single mothers get cars and car insurance through donations and as a first step toward a better life for themselves and their children. Our VISION To reach the unreachable: the crippled, blind, brokenhearted, homeless, drug addict, and the alcoholic that have not experienced the Forgiving Grace and Love of Jesus Christ. It’s our determination to minister to the natural and spiritual wellbeing of men & women, boys & girls, (the total person) in this present world, showing the Love of God to all mankind. With God’s help, we will succeed, Amen.
